Refund & Return Policy
At The Noor Bangladesh, customer satisfaction and product hygiene are extremely important to us. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.
Refund Policy
Refund policy will only be applicable under the following conditions:
প্যাচ টেস্ট করার পর যদি ৭ দিনের মধ্যে প্রোডাক্টটি আপনার ত্বকের সাথে মানানসই না হয়, তাহলে ৭ দিনের মধ্যে জানালে ৫০% রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য হবে। তবে ৭ দিনের পর কোনো রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়।
For refund requests, customers must contact through our page or our CRM team at 01345188444. After reviewing the concern, our CRM team may offer:
- Product replacement, or
- Another product of the same value
If the customer does not wish to proceed with replacement options, the CRM team will initiate the refund process accordingly. Approved refunds may take approximately 5–6 working days to process.
Opened Product Policy
Due to hygiene and safety standards maintained for skincare products:
- If a customer opens the product and requests a return within 24 hours of delivery, the customer will be eligible for a 50% refund of the product value.
- Full refunds are only applicable for products that are:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In original packaging
- In resellable condition
Return Policy
A customer may return a product during the time of delivery, or within 12 hours of receiving the order, if:
- The product does not fulfill expectations
- The product was found damaged upon delivery
- The product was received in an unhygienic condition
- The product appears unusable or in poor condition
Eligible Return Conditions
A customer may return any unopened or minimally defective item (up to 20% defect-related concern) within 12 hours of receiving the item.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Situations
The following situations are not eligible for return or replacement:
- Damage caused by customer misuse
- Incidental damage due to improper handling or malfunction after usage
- Any consumable item that has already been significantly used or installed
- Damage or defects not covered under manufacturer responsibility
- Products returned without original packaging, box, accessories, or included materials
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive:
- Wrong product
- Leaking product
- Damaged item
Please contact us within 24 hours with:
- Order number
- Clear photos/videos of the issue
After verification, appropriate replacement or refund support will be provided.
Important Notes
- Individual skin reactions and purging may vary depending on skin type and sensitivity.
- We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full facial application.
- Results from skincare products differ from person to person and require consistent use over time.
